Common questions What type of beverage can be poured into the barrel? This barrel is designed to age any type of alcoholic beverage. How can I place the tap? It can be placed by pushing it into the hole What can be etched on my barrel? We can etch names, dates, draws, initials or logos. This must be sent and our team will send it back to you after it is designed for your consent. What is it made of? The barrel is made out of American white oak How long does the making process take? It takes 3 to 5 working days When is it delivered? 3 to 7 days on average. What is the cure process? To cure the barrel you must pour water into it and let it for a few hours in order to clean the wood shavings inside it. We provide a manual with the steps to do it. What is the swelling? The swelling is a natural process of wood in which it absorbs water, closing all the leaks it might have. When should the swelling process be done? The swelling process is done when the barrel is new and has been empty for a while. How long can the barrel be empty? It must never be empty. It must always be filled with beverage or water.

• 1 CUSTOMIZE: The barrel can be personalized without any extra charges. For this, the design must be sent by message. The image or phrase you would like to be etched must be sent within 5 hours after the order. Otherwise, a predetermined design will be etched on the barrel. Once the design is sent, it cannot be changed.
• 2 CAPACITY: The barrel has a capacity of 1 liters. It does not include the beverage. You can full it up with any alcoholic beverage
• 3 MATERIAL: The barrel is made out of American white oak. It is reinforced with black metal hoops which are joined by metal rivets. The barrel has a cylinder shape and it is 14 centimeters long, 11 centimeters width and 14 centimeters tall. The barrel includes a wooden tap already placed and a replacement one. The wooden tap has a metal tube inside by which you can serve the beverage.
• 4 TOASTING PROCESS: which means the inside of the barrel must be toasted so the wood releases vital elements that benefit the flavor, color, smell and texture of the beverage. The making process take 3 to 5 working days.
• 5 SWOLLEN: The barrels are not swollen when they are sent. Therefore, little leaks might appear. However, once the barrel is hydrated those leaks disappear. If you would like to use the barrel right after it is delivered you can spot the leaks and cover them with wax, which we include in the order.
